Interview with S.R. Cole & a sneak peak of The Bodyguard's Secret Baby!

I’m excited to have Stace (otherwise known as S R Cole) on my blog today. Stace has been lovely enough to agree to answer some questions to help us get to know her a little better. Plus, a never-before seen sneak peak at The Bodyguard’s Secret Baby at the end of the interview. Congratulations on the new release :o)

Thank you Aimee, I’m very excited to be here and I’m thrilled to be able to share an exclusive except of The Bodyguard’s Secret Baby with you.
Welcome Stace, can you tell us a little about yourself?

Gosh, what would you like to know? I’m one of five children and grew up in Middlesex and West Sussex. I have three amazing daughters who keep me rushed off my feet and steal my Ben & Jerry’s.  I’m completely addicted to Coke. No, not that sort of Coke – I’m talking about the fizzy stuff in the red tins. Oh, and like half of the world’s female population, I’m obsessed with Mr Grey!
When did you decide you wanted to be a writer and why?

I’ve enjoyed writing since I was ten, but it wasn’t until I became an adult that I really got into it. I started writing fan-fic that I just kept to myself and then I was blessed when I became friends with two extraordinary writers, Shirley Jump and Melissa McClone. They inspired me, encouraged and taught me all I needed to know to get started.
What is your favourite genre to write?

I love writing romance, but that of course covers a wide variety of subjects. I love heroes who are really heroes; bodyguards, fire-fighters, doctors, sexy FBI guys, that sort of thing. I also love romance with baby stories as a sub plot, but I think that’s because I’m broody.
Where did the inspiration for The Bodyguard’s Secret Baby come from?

Honestly? Kevin Costner! To me, he’ll always be “The Bodyguard.” Strong, sexy, determined, yet not so self-controlled when it comes to his love life, I love it! When you combine that with his roll of Robin of Locksley, where he charges in and saves the day, he becomes the perfect alpha male. And something about him just screams cowboy! I also love the fact that like all good alpha males, he just gets sexier as her gets older.

Plus, I love cowboy stories, bodyguard stories, secret baby stories and medical romances, so writing TBSB allowed me to combine all of the things I love in one book.
Can you tell us a little more about ‘Wild Bill Williams’ & Carrie Carlton?

Carrie is a doctor from Los Angeles and grew up in foster care. She treated Bill, who has a double life as a rancher and a bodyguard, after he was shot. They shared a connection and a passionate weekend together, but never kept in touch. Just three weeks away from her due date with the child she had never told Bill they’d conceived, Carrie turns up on his doorstep in need of his protective services and a father for their baby.
How do you go about creating characters?

I basically decide on their names and their careers and that’s it. I love to fly by the seat of my pants when I write, so it let them evolve naturally as I go along.
Do you have any bad writing habits?

Too many! The worst of which is that I use writing to avoid what I should be doing, such as the laundry and the vacuuming. I’m also lazy about checking my work as I go along, so when it comes to doing my edits, I have hundreds of typos to fix!
What do you much on at your desk?

Ha! What desk? My desk is my bed. I like to sit cross-legged at my laptop on the bed and blast Spotify as I write. At the moment it has on it (apart from my butt and my laptop) a set of speakers, my BlackBerry, my Kindle and a half eaten tub of Cadbury’s Philadelphia!
Do you prefer Alpha’s or Beta’s?

Alpha’s for sure!
Any advice to other writers still seeking a home for their manuscript?

My biggest piece of advice would be to follow your heart and believe in yourself. If you submit to one publishing house and they don’t accept it, don’t feel too disappointed. There are plenty more out there. I was turned down a few times by major publishing houses. Though I have to say, each time I got rejected, I got excited. It didn’t matter that my books were being turned down, what mattered was that I was living my dream and getting feedback that helped me learn and grow as a writer.  I kept writing and kept submitting and was finally offered a contract – which I actually turned down after becoming determined to go it alone.

Don’t forget, there are great competitions and events out there for aspiring writers Such as Mills and Boon: New Voices and The Festival of Romance. Also Shirley Jump ( runs some excellent writers workshops that allow you to improve your technique and be critiqued by a best-selling author.

My other piece of advice would be not to rush. Yes, I can write an entire book in three weeks, but that doesn’t mean you have too. Everyone works at their own pace and you need to feel comfy with the pace you’re at. So if it takes three weeks or three years to complete your MS, it doesn’t matter as long as you enjoy what you’re writing and remain true to your voice.

Thanks Stace! I agree that everyone should write at a pace that feels comfortable to them. I can get a book finished in a month or three depending on other commitments. Although I admit the one done in a month needs a helluva lot of edits ;o)

Now for a little more about S.R. Cole and a never before seen (unless you’ve already read it of course!) sneak peak of The Bodyguard’s Secret Baby!

S. R. Cole has always been a huge lover of romantic fiction. She loves nothing more than curling up with a good book and falling in love with a sexy hero. The biggest heroes in her life though, don’t come from romance novels. They’re neither sexy cowboys nor gun wielding bodyguards. They are however, two amazing men from America, called Ben &Jerry!

A mum with three lovely butoh-so-cheeky daughters, Cole spends her days playing hide and seek, baking cookies and scrapbooking with her girls.

By night, she curls up under the duvet, with her laptop and a glass of something naughty and competes with herself to beat the previous day’s word count as she creates her own perfect heroes.

Cole would love to hear from you. Why not stop by her website for a glimpse into her crazy but wonderful world.

"Hey Bill," Carrie said without turning around.

“How did you know I was there?" He asked, amusement clear in his voice.

Carrie turned and smiled. "Lucky guess." Bill frowned and Carrie laughed. "I could feel you."

"Carrie-" Bill warned, histone no longer amused but dangerous and low. Sexy.

Carrie sighed she knew what he was going to say. "Look Bill, don't get your gut in a knot, it's no big deal. We made love, it doesn't mean you have to marry me."

Bill reached for her and pulled her close to him. He slid a hand between them and laid it to rest on her belly. "No, but this might," he growled softy into her ear.

Carrie's breath caught in her throat and she tried to step back but Bill pressed her into the door frame.

"Things are very dangerous for you right now Carrie," Bill warned.

"I... I know," Carrie stammered, her hands pressed against his hard masculine chest. "That's why I came here."

Bill pressed himself closer against her and tingles shot through her every nerve ending. No man had ever affected her the way Wild Bill Williams did. He smelt so good, like warm, spicy aftershave and a hint of the raw man underneath. Carrie wanted to bury herself in his throat and drink in his scent until she drowned in it.

"I'm not talking about the threat on your life," Bill breathed. "I'm talking about you, being here with me."

I promised myself I wouldn’t do it…

But here I am doing it anyway. And my reasons?

“I don’t see what all the fuss is about other than the fact it’s very graphic” really?

“I couldn’t read the first one to the end” I can’t believe that!

“It is immoral and disgusting” To whom? ‘cause I didn’t see that.

Is it clear what I’m talking about yet? No? I’m talking about the 50 Shades trilogy. Until now, I’ve not voiced any strong opinion on these books other than to say I’ve read and enjoyed them. Haven’t joined in on the social media debates and definitely haven’t dissed them.

In fact, I don’t think I could diss (slander) the books because, like everyone else, I’d been hooked in by the publicity and propaganda. The reason I’m breaking my rule of not expressing my opinion of these books today are the heated discussions bombarding my personal Facebook account. Oh, and I read a ridiculous review last week that riled me. So, for what it’s worth, here’s my take on 50 Shades and those who scorn it.

I’d never read a BDSM erotica before, but I do write detailed sex scenes in my stories. When I picked up 50 Shades of Grey, I didn’t really know what BDSM was, or what to expect from it. So, I delved into the book, a little shocked when I got to ‘The Contract’ but it didn’t stop me from reading. In fact, it only made me more determined to find out what the hell was going on.

I admit, sometimes I wanted to grab Ana and shake her. Other times I wished she’d punch Christian for being such an arse.

The thing is though, they would be my reactions. As a person, I wouldn’t allow Christian to treat me the way he does Ana, but I’m not her. Being an author, I have the pleasure of creating different characters. If they were all like me it would make a damn dull read.

What irritates me the most about the awful reviews and bitching? Most of the slanderers are scared to admit that they actually like the series. I mean, how shocking is it, really? Most of the people I’ve heard dissing the books are parents. Surely they know about sex? How on earth would they have conceived otherwise?

I get the BDSM aspect to people (like myself) who haven’t read it may find it shocking and disturbing. But I suggest they google what it actually means. There are people in the world, real life people, who live their lives this way because it’s what they enjoy. Perhaps they look upon us and all our vanilla ways and have the same strong opinions. Who knows?

At the end of the day, I liked the books. I read all three, other commitments be damned, in two weeks and although James doesn’t write like me, or in a way I’d aspire to, I still couldn’t put ‘em down and I fell for the characters.

A good romance has protagonists with flaws. Their internal and emotional conflicts should be inherent in the story and push it forward. Both the hero and the heroine should grow and change and overcome their issues together. The bigger the hurdles, the more I, as a reader, want them to have their happily ever after. I want to feel like they really earned it and have been through the mincer to get there. That’s the kind of stories I aspire to write.

In my opinion, that is exactly what James did with 50 Shades. She took the insecure, innocent Ana and threw her at the guy who should be all wrong for her. Christian is, by his own admission and quite clearly shown throughout the series, fifty shades of fucked up. Being together make each other want to be better people. In the end, I was desperate for all the angst and internal suffering to stop. I honestly didn’t think I could take anymore. But all that drama, all those hurdles, made this story (in my eyes) a great romance.

Yeah, I don’t write like her. I have my own style and my own techniques, but I’m not going to diss another author for writing a story I thought was great.

Welcome. Lacey Wolfe

Today Lacey Wolfe's here chatting about appearances being deceiving and how she came to write those steamy stories we all know and love. You can also find out about her newest release, Accidental love. Take it away Lacey...

First, here is a picture of me. Am I what you were expecting? If you say yes, it’s okay. If you say no, that’s what I’m used to. Throughout my life I’ve always been told how innocent I look. And to be honest, I am pretty innocent. I’ve lived a sheltered life and was always a good girl. I hated getting in trouble so I did everything in my power to make sure I didn’t. I’m a people pleaser too. I like to make sure everyone is happy and there are no conflicts around. I guess you could call me a goody two shoes.
Then comes what I have chosen for my career. An erotic romance writer. So far the feedback has been: I can’t believe you write sex! You look too sweet and innocent, and yet your books are hot. I’ve been tweeted by readers before who say I am the most innocent looking person they’ve seen. Maybe that’s a little dramatic, but it always makes me giggle. Perhaps I let my alter-ego come out in my romances.
I’ve always had the dream to be an author. Writing has been something I’ve always just done. And if you asked me a year or two ago if I’d be writing erotica, I would be blushing. But then I read my first erotic romance as a joke. A friend and I were giggling in the book store and we decided to buy it and read it. I blame my first erotica – Good Girl Gone Bad by Karen Tabke — for my profession now. I loved the book, and after that I had to read more and more. So then when I saw an open call at a publisher for erotic stories, I jumped in with both feet. It wasn’t an easy road but I finally found my home at Beachwalk Press.
So, just like we say about books and their covers, I say about authors, too. Don’t judge an author by their looks. Just because they look innocent doesn’t mean they can’t heat your e-reader screen until you need a water bottle to cool it down.

Accidental Love by Lacey Wolfe
Hot Bods Book Three
Has Jane accidentally fallen for the decoy?

Sometimes there is only one thing to do when you get dumped—make the ex jealous with someone new. Which is exactly what Jane plans to do with Ben, an older, handsome man who has agreed to act as her new love interest.
When Ben meets Toby, Jane's unruly dog, he offers to help her train him. But as Ben helps Jane gain control of her dog, he realizes he's lost control of his feelings, and he's beginning to fall for the much younger woman.
Suddenly, Jane can't seem to remember what she ever saw in her ex. All she can focus on is the way Ben makes her feel each time he kisses her. But now the ex has decided he wants her back, and he's willing to play dirty to make it happen.
Matt cleared his throat behind her. Jane's eyes widened in shock and she slowly slid her hands from Ben's neck, down his firm chest. She turned to face her ex-lover, and Ben's arm tightened around her waist, holding her close.
"Hi, I'm Ben." He extended his hand toward Matt.
Matt kept his arms crossed. He looked pissed, which was good, she hoped.
"Well, I'm off on my lunch break," she said.
"Don't be late, Jane. We have a staff meeting, so you'll need to be back to handle any gym members." Matt walked away, heavy footed.
Ben took her hand and led her outside to his car. As they reached the vehicle she expected him to drop the act, but instead he opened her door for her and then closed it once she was seated.
He climbed in and asked, "How long do you have?"
"An hour. Fast food is fine if you want to drop me off and then pick me up."
He chuckled. "I know a place where we can share a meal in under an hour."
"You don't have to eat with me."
"Jane, I want to."
The hour went much faster than Jane would have liked. Ben was a lot of fun and took his boyfriend duties seriously. He had opened her car door and held her hand. This was something she could easily get used to. She was going to tell him he didn't have to pretend when they were away from the gym but each time he touched her she was at peace. Was it wrong to have a crush on the decoy? Perhaps it was the George Clooney look he had going on. It was every girl's fantasy.
Ben parked in front of Hot Bods and quickly came around the side of the car and helped her out. Taking her hand in his again, he walked her back. She started to object and it was like he sensed it. Releasing her hand, he tugged her closer and wrapped his arm around her waist, cradling her to him.
They stopped in front of the door.
"I had a lovely lunch," he said.
"Thank you. Me too."
He stepped closer. She sensed what was coming next, and she was more than ready. He rubbed her cheek with the back of his fingers then tilted her face toward his. Leaning down, he gently brushed his lips across hers. She moaned and was almost embarrassed to be reacting this way. He kissed a small line to her neck and her mouth opened, still whimpering. She was lost in the sensation of his light kisses and forgot they were out in the open. She was so turned on that if they had been alone she would have let this man explore her entire body.
Ben released her face, and she was slightly disappointed it was over.
"Have a good day." He kissed her once more on the lips.
He'd kissed her speechless. She didn't say a word. Instead, she simply watched as the most amazing man she'd ever met headed across the parking lot toward his car.
He was good. Very good. Maybe that was why Francesca was always after older men. They really knew what they were doing.

Still here...

I’ve been MIA for a week or so, but I did have a good excuse. I was in Lanzarote for a much needed holiday. I managed to read three fabulous books and drink lots of fancy cocktails with names so rude I had to point to the menu to order them. :o)

The sun was splitting the trees from early morning right into the night. That said, it was a bit windy for the first few days, but I can do wind, I'm used to it living in Scotland! It was great and I didn't want to come home...

As you can see, Lanzarote is gorgeous, but I won’t be back for a while. Cyprus next year with the family and possibly a girlie holiday somewhere fun. I’m open to suggestions…

Be sure to drop by tomorrow. I’ve have the very talented Lacey Wolfe on my blog talking about innocence, erotica and her newest release.

The Lucky Seven

The lovely ElpiPamiadaki has tagged me in her post, Lucky 7.

The challenge. Post seven lines from an unpublished work of fiction. That only leaves one story, Never Say Never. Thank you, Elpi, for nominating me!

The rules:

§  Go to page 7 or 77 in your current manuscript (fiction or non-fiction)

§  Go to line 7

§  Post on your blog the next 7 lines, or sentences, as they are – no cheating

§  Tag 7 other authors to do the same

I’m not at 77 yet, so mine will have to be from page 7. Here goes…

Something inside her relaxed. He wasn't handing the job to her on a plate, just giving her a foot in the door. When she'd sent her CV to the studio a few months back, they'd said they didn't have an opening. Did they now, or had Sander called in a favour?

“And if I get the job, how do you know I won't back out?”

Sander's lips curved in a way that should be illegal. A tingle skittered down her spine and licked hotter in her belly.

And the seven lucky nominees are.

Review – No Sweeter Love, by Tina Vaughn

Now if the blurb doesn’t sell this book for you, my gushing afterward will :o)

Welcome to Union. Population: 994 Town motto: Where no secret goes untold. His father’s death forces Dr. Ryan Williams to return to the home—and the woman—he’d left behind ten years earlier. Ryan knows it’s best to avoid Union sweetheart and police officer Emily Winters during his visit. But how? Stuck in this small town, fighting an attraction that hasn’t diminished over time, the sparks are unavoidable—and so are the rumors. The same rumors that made him leave Union in the first place…Experience taught Emily to keep her guard—and her panties—up. Until Ryan returns as suddenly as he left, tempting her with promises she already knows he can’t keep. Or so she thinks. This new adult Ryan is one capable of forever and, God-willing, forgiveness. Because even as they learn to trust and love each other again, Emily knows once she reveals her secret, heartbreak is inevitable.

No Sweeter Love was one of those stories I couldn’t stop reading until the last page, and it didn’t feel like a chore. It was fast paced, laugh-out-loud funny at times, tear jerking and everything you want in a romance.

Emily has a dark secret which adds to her suffering. I really felt for her from the moment she stepped onto the page and admired her strength and humour.

Ryan is the hottest doctor ever. Why don’t they have GP’s like this in real life? Or do they, and I’m registered with the wrong practice? As he struggles to come to terms with his feelings over his father, and futilely fights an attraction for Emily he thought he’d buried long ago, I completely fell head over heels for him.

Great stuff. Truly. I’ll be keeping my eye out for more by Tina Vaughn.

Spotlight - Lacey Wolfe

The Lovely Lacy has a new book out, Tempting the Manny. The Blurb and Excerpt are below. Sounds fab, can't wait to read this one myself!

Tempting the Manny by Lacy Wolfe

When Olivia hires a sitter for her children she gets an unexpected surprise.

Olivia’s world is torn to pieces when her boyfriend leaves her for a younger woman. But she has no time to dwell on it, she must pick-up the pieces for her children. And the first thing on her list is hiring a sitter. In return though, she gets a very unexpected surprise.

Jamie loves children. He comes from a big family and can’t wait to start  his own one day. From the moment he meets Olivia and her children, he feels like this is where he’s suppose to be. But he mustn’t act on how he feels and does his best to stay professional, even with Olivia making it very difficult for him.

As Olivia and Jamie try their best to fight the way they’re feeling and figure out of it can work, her ex-boyfriend shows back up to complicate things. After a string of her own lies, can Olivia figure out what it is she really wants?

Jamie’s gaze followed Olivia’s ass as she walked toward the fridge. She bent slightly over reaching for the ketchup, and he was worried his erection was going to burst out of his pants. The way she looked at him as she headed back to her plate of food, he wasn’t sure if she was hungry for those fries or him. He had never met a woman with so much sexual desire, it was almost pouring from her veins. He wasn’t sure about the story with the ex, but that man had to be crazy for leaving.

Ketchup was on the corner of her mouth. Instinctively, he grabbed the towel, leaned forward, and wiped her mouth. Her eyes locked on his and, before he could even think twice, his hand wrapped around the back of her neck and pulled her to him. Her mouth met his just as fiercely and opened, letting his tongue slide in. The taste of ketchup met his taste buds and the need to taste more of her sprung through his body.

Olivia gripped his shoulders and pulled him closer. His free hand took hold of her waist. His erection shoved into her stomach. The kiss was like fire and even though he knew he should be resisting, he had to keep playing. Turning his head to the side, he deepened the kiss. She tasted so good and felt even better in his arms.

Pushing her back slightly against the counter, he nudged her legs apart with his knee, pressing his thigh tightly between. His dick was so hard now, it hurt.

Her mouth left his and for a moment he almost had time to stop and think about how wrong this was, but then her tongue swirled around his ear lobe and he was gone again.

His aching hands found her breasts, full and large. He cupped them, but imagined his face pressed between them instead. Licking his lips, he couldn’t wait to taste them.

Mr. Jamie.” A little girl’s voice called from the living room.

Frozen, he took a step back from Olivia.

Just a minute,” he called back.

Olivia’s eyes were full of passion. She bit her lip and he could tell she was nervous, but not for a second did she regret what happened. He knew this had been very wrong and he hated what he had to say. “I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have kissed you.”

A smile crossed her face when he had expected something different.

I don’t think you are.”

Her hand reached down, touching his erection. He sucked in, now biting his lip to try a push away the urge to grind into it.

Letting her hand drop, she strutted past him to go to her daughter. His gaze once again followed her round little ass in her pencil skirt. She was right. If Morgan hadn’t interrupted them, he would have been finding out what it was like under that skirt.

Edits. Not as scary as they sound

I'm sure you've all heard writers grumble about the dreaded edits. I have and I was terrified while I waited for mine to arrive. The more time that past, the more my terror grew and I was positive I'd receive my manuscript, full to the brim with changes, errors and suggested revisions. After all I'd only written Miles and Anna's story, The Monster of Fame, in November. Surely it was teaming with mistakes and plot holes.

Honestly, I hadn't read this book since February. I revised it early March, only tweaking bits here and there before I sent it to Beachwalk Press. When the first round of edits arrived, I was over the moon. There wasn't much to do, and everything my lovely editor suggested was spot on. But, this was only the first round. I have no idea what round two will bring, but I'm glad my editor is breaking it down in increments. Less scary.

I did go back and read the story again while I was doing the edits, and I was surprised by how much I'd forgotten about these two. I'd given myself a bit of a handicap in the first draft of this story. Both Anna and Miles wanted to win the reality singing contest for very different reasons. Anna's dad had left them years ago with a ton of debt and no way to pay it back. She'd dreamed of being a singer all her life, and the threat of losing her home gave her the confidence to enter the reality singing contest where the grand prize of the show was a multi-million pound record deal.
Miles, a judge in the competition and owner of a multi-billion pound record label, wanted Anna to fail. At the time his reasons were weak. They both wanted opposing things and one would inevitably have to give up their goal to accommodate the other. That wouldn't do, so I dug deeper into Miles' past. He lost his wife, a famous singer who he'd represented years ago. She couldn't handle the pressure the press and fame put on her, and he'd failed to notice her weakness until it was too late.
Seeing the same weakness in Anna, he tries to protect her by asking her to leave the competition. But Anna doesn't go down without a fight, and she works to prove herself to Miles, all the while fighting her attraction. She loses, and falls hard, right before it all comes crashing down. Gotta love torturing your characters ;o)

When I dug deeper into their personalities, I realised the core conflict wasn't Miles and Anna having opposing goals, but the fact that Miles is racked with guilt over a wife he loved dearly, and Anna being unsure about Miles' ability to love her and see her for who she really is.
Going over this story hasn't only given me a huge smile, its also helped me to understand Sander, the hero in Never Say Never, the story that's had me banging my head against walls. He's Miles' fellow judge on the show, and was in a famous boy band for years. I've been struggling with this story, and it might have been because I was worried about the edits. But now they've come and gone, I've gotten to know Sander again and the words are flowing freely.
I'm sure there will be edits I'll grumble about in the future, but this time around has helped me get back into the swing of Sander's story. Not to mention improving my writing.

Six Sentence Sunday

This week's six is from The Monster of Fame. Annabelle has just been told she's made it through another stage in the competition.

“I just popped by to see who I'm up against.” His devilish grin did funny things to her insides. “I see you put Annabelle through. Me and my boys are going to have to up our game.” He threw a smile her way and Anna felt heat flush her cheeks as blood pounded through her veins.

Out of bounds remember?

Its easy to play, just post six sentences from your book or current wip and link back to Six Sentence Sundays, website.

Happy Sunday, which is doubly happy this week as its a long weekend! :o)

Spotlight - Three's A Crowd, by Ella Jade

If you've never read any of Ella's books before, you're missing out ;o) Here's a sneak peak of her newest release...

Three's A Crowd

Ella Jade

Three's A Crowd is a highly erotic, short tale about a fun, sexy, contemporary couple. If I'm a "new to you author", this novella is a great way to get to know me. The book is an Amazon exclusive published through Ruby Lioness Press. It’s a quick, steamy read priced at $0.99 and free to Prime Members. It is a perfect pool or beach read.

Connor Hughes is a lucky man. Janine and Sierra, the two sexy women who live downstairs from him have invited him to watch their intimate time in the bedroom. Connor is a willing spectator, but can't believe it when Janine asks him to join in on the fun. Connor is drawn to Sierra in ways he'd never imagined. There is something very familiar about the dark-haired beauty that has him wondering why she calls to him.

When fantasy mixes with reality, Connor gives into temptation in more ways than one. Will he figure out who Sierra is to him? Can the feeling last all night?

Excerpt (Adult Content)

"Wake up, baby."

This has been one fucked up ride.

He opened his eyes to find Sierra straddling him. He blinked a few times, trying to focus and get his bearings. They were in their bedroom. He must have missed the alarm. The sunlight streamed in through the blinds and he could smell the coffee brewing from the kitchen.

"Time to wake up, sleepyhead."

She was naked and stroking his cock. His favorite way to wake up.

Baby, you were having some dream.” She giggled. “I didn’t even do anything to you yet and you’re rock hard.”
